1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by A-Sec Installations Ltd (“A-Sec”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to the customer (“you”, “your”).
By accepting a quotation, placing an order, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
A-Sec Installations Ltd provides professional installation, maintenance and repair services including but not limited to:

All quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Acceptance of a quotation may be made verbally, electronically, in writing, or by instructing us to proceed with the work.

Any changes requested after acceptance may result in additional charges and revised completion dates.

Equipment supplied by A-Sec is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
8.2 Workmanship Warranty
We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on installation work unless otherwise stated.

Routine maintenance does not guarantee prevention of equipment failure and should not be considered an insurance policy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any CCTV system is operated in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
This includes:
A-Sec accepts no responsibility for the customer’s ongoing legal obligations regarding CCTV operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
A-Sec Installations Ltd shall not be liable for:
Security systems reduce risk but cannot guarantee prevention of crime or loss.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the services supplied.
13. Cancellation
13.1 Before Installation
Customers may cancel prior to installation.
Where equipment has already been ordered, we reserve the right to recover reasonable costs incurred.

Once installation work has commenced, cancellation charges may apply based on work completed and materials supplied.

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
